Salon Tono Store is looking for a talented and dedicated Admin Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting in the financial planning and analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Handle vendor invoices and payments,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the finance team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
