As an Assistant Teacher at Tenby Schools, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in delivering high-quality education. Your daily tasks will include preparing and delivering lessons, assisting with classroom management, and providing individual support to students. You will work closely with a team of dedicated educators and staff, contributing to the overall success of our students.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
- Provide individual support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Assist with the preparation of educational materials and resources
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching primary education
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian primary education curriculum and teaching methods
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms
- TEFL or TESOL certification (preferred)
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
