🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
