📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes.,Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet production targets and quality standards.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Inspect finished products for quality and defects, and report any issues to the supervisor.,Work safely and follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related fields.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.,Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.,Good knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
