📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.,Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
