📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily operational activities.,Oversee the scheduling and management of medical staff.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.,Manage and maintain operational records and reports.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide support in crisis management and emergency response planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare information systems and EMRs is a plus.
