GLEAM Abadi is seeking a dedicated Assistant Training Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of training programs and workshops.,Support the Training Officer in developing and delivering training materials and resources.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth and effective training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training records and databases.,Support the Training Officer in any other related tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passion for learning and development.
