📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
• Restock and maintain inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a beverage or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic barista skills is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
