📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that all departmental activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting departmental achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
