PT Putra Antar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting performance targets.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
