📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
