📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct employee training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and harmonious work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,A strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
