Makmur Krisna Auto Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Coordinate with other departments to support HR initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
