(Hybrid) Junior Accountant

HAVEN Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work from our office in Tebet, Jakarta Raya, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Support the accounting team in month-end closing procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Previous internship or work experience in accounting is a plus.
