📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal stock.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular stocktakes and audits to ensure accuracy.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
