📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support company growth.,Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Present business proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners.,Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs.,Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
