Base Crystal Nusantara is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our machinery, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation and a proven track record of success in similar roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor and maintain the performance of machinery, identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and supervise junior machine operators to ensure they are competent and capable of performing their tasks.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to protect the health and safety of employees and the integrity of the product.,Work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure it is in good working order and to prevent breakdowns.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the machinery and equipment.,Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to ensure that the machinery is being used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role, with a strong background in machinery operation and maintenance.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, and a commitment to ensuring the health and safety of employees.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues or inefficiencies in the machinery and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and supervise junior machine operators.,Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with other departments to ensure that the machinery is being used effectively and efficiently.,Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to meet tight production deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
