📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Managing daily outlet operations and ensuring smooth running of the store,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries,Stocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a well-presented store,Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages,Promoting sales and special offers to customers,Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet,Working with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage,Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks🛠️ Keahlian
