📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of our organization.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
