📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
