📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.,Create and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating complex data in a clear and concise manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.,Implement and monitor data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of business intelligence and data analysis.,Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.,Proficient in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
