In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations at various wellsites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage MPD operations at multiple wellsites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.,Coordinate with drilling teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and analyze MPD data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and contractors.,Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.,Maintain and update operational documentation and records.,Represent NOV at industry events, conferences, and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in MPD operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.,Certification in MPD operations and relevant safety protocols.,Strong knowledge of MPD equipment, systems, and technologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices.,Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a work permit for Indonesia.
