📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media metrics and insights to stakeholders.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
