📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Providing technical support and assistance to customers using our IVD products.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and problems.
Assisting with product installation, calibration, and maintenance.
Providing training and education to customers on the proper use and care of our IVD products.
Documenting and reporting on technical issues and support activities.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the IVD industry.
Participating in product development and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
Strong knowledge of IVD products and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
