📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management, with a strong focus on large-scale projects.
• Professional certification such as Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
