Defects Management Officer (DLP) - Customer Service (2-Year Contract)

Join City Developments as a Defects Management Officer (DLP) in our dynamic Customer Service team. This 2-year contract role is based in Badung, Bali, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-standard property handover processes in one of Bali's most prestigious real estate projects. As a DLP, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that every unit meets our rigorous quality standards, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

In this role, you'll work closely with our construction and maintenance teams to document, track, and resolve defects in a timely manner. You'll use our in-house Defects Management System (DMS) to log and monitor defects, ensuring that they are addressed according to our stringent quality control protocols. Your daily tasks will include conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors, and communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction and the smooth handover of their new homes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Document and track defects using the Defects Management System (DMS)
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and report defects
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide updates on defect resolution
• Monitor and report on defect trends to identify areas for improvement in our construction processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality control standards
• Provide training and support to other team members on defect management procedures
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless handover experience for our customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in defect management or a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and quality control standards
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Defects Management System (DMS) or similar defect tracking software
• Ability to travel to various construction sites as required
