📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance the shopping journey.
• Train and develop retail staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and sales.
