📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs to prevent workplace accidents and illnesses.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports and inspection records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification as a Safety Officer (CSO) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other relevant HSE software.
