As a Field Auditor, you’ll conduct regular audits at various fishing vessels and processing facilities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with our team to implement corrective actions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits at fishing vessels and processing facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the audit team to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Ensure all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and compliance procedures.
• Monitor and report on audit findings to senior management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all audits are conducted in accordance with ISO 9001 and HACCP standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role in the seafood industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or HACCP standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of seafood quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and audit software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various locations.
