📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage marketing campaigns to promote our motor financing products
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data analytics tools
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive performance and meet targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motor financing
- Manage the budget for marketing activities and ensure cost-effectiveness
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or motor industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and teams
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
