As an Optical Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked inventory, processing sales, and providing professional advice on eyewear care and selection. You will work closely with our opticians to ensure that every customer leaves with a pair of glasses that not only looks great but also meets their visual needs. With a competitive salary of Rp 4,000,000 - Rp 6,000,000 per bulan, this role offers a chance to grow within a supportive and creative environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and advice.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear, considering both style and functionality.
- Maintain a well-organized and stocked retail space, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems.
- Offer professional advice on eyewear care and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with opticians to provide comprehensive eyewear solutions.
- Promote VIUUM Eyewear products through in-store displays and customer interactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and monitoring product levels.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or optical environment, preferably with eyewear brands.
- Strong knowledge of eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using retail management software.
- Fashion sense and an understanding of current eyewear trends.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
